Care Worker Award – Esther Kurioki
Huge congratulations to Esther Kurioki who won Highly Commended for the Care Worker Award at the Oxfordshire Care Awards. Ava Cordiel (pictured left) nominated Esther and received the certificate on Esther’s behalf, who is on vacation. Also pictured is Support Manager Hannah Makenzie and CE Sarah Butcher.

International Recruiter Award – Autism at Kingwood
We are delighted to announce that Autism at Kingwood won ‘International Recruiter’ award at the Oxfordshire Care Awards. This reflects the hard work of our HR and support teams in welcoming nearly 40 new colleagues through the sponsorship scheme.
We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.
Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.
