In 2026 we opened three new purpose-built services to support young high-need autistic adults with learning disabilities. The young adults coming into our care continue to receive the individualised support they are familiar with, as we bridge the gap between their more formal education setting, and the growth, development, and lifelong learning they require as they transition into adulthood.
Many families and local authorities have approached us with regards to providing more supported living homes for young adults transitioning from school, and we are committed to expanding this model of support.
We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.
