Remembering Kingwood in your Will

Parents and family members of the people we support choose to make a gift in their Will, to support Autism at Kingwood in future years.

We are committed to being a specialist autism supported living provider for decades to come – perhaps for years after some of us have died. Our ambition is that the charity will continue to provide a nurturing circle of care for autistic people, with kindness as the core value that underpins all that we are and all that we do.

Over the years, donations and gifts have enabled us to build a  service for young adults transitioning from school. Donations have enabled us to equip supported living homes, develop horticultural and work projects, buy a holiday home, deliver social clubs and numerous activities.

A gift in your Will, will help us continue to provide real added value to the lives of those we support – and it is now easier to organise than it was.

If you have made a Will, you can simply contact your solicitor to add a ‘letter of wishes’, whereby you request that Autism at Kingwood receive a gift.

If you have not yet written a Will, we have teamed up with local company Heritage Estate Planning who will provide free advice about setting up a trust for your child as well as making a Will, and will provide a 20% discount for Kingwood families who choose to use the service.
