Beeching Way Garden Makeover

Earlier this year, South Oxfordshire Housing Association worked with the residents of Beeching Way and Beeching Way Manager, Charlene, to give the garden a much needed make-over.

“The garden renovation that our residents  specified has meant so much to the people we support who live at Beeching Way. Before the
makeover, the garden was not a space that could be enjoyed. Making safe use of the outdoor space was really challenging.

“Since the makeover, the residents love sitting out in the garden. It’s a lovely sensory space and one of the residents really enjoys just sitting outside to watch the sensory lights.

“It’s brilliant that the residents now have another space they can really enjoy and don’t have to stay in the activity room all the time. We even have a shared outdoor meal for all the residents every Wednesday.

“The new garden has just made such a positive  difference!”
