We would like to welcome Kimberley, who has joined Autism at Kingwood today, as our Director of People, Learning and Culture.
Kimberley shared a few words on her previous experience and her goals for Kingwood.
“I am delighted to be part of Autism at Kingwood as Director of People, Learning and Culture, bringing over 20 years’ experience in HR and people leadership across a variety of sectors.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a broad range of people and organisational matters, partnering with leaders and teams at all levels.
I value building strong relationships, understanding what matters to people and organisations, and bringing a practical, people-focused approach to supporting colleagues and organisational success.
I’m passionate about building positive cultures where people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
In Kingwood I am focussed on developing our people, culture, and organisational capability in support of our purpose. I believe that investing in and supporting our people is fundamental to enabling us to provide the very best support and opportunities for the autistic people we work with.”

We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.
Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
