We are delighted to announce that Matt Phelps has joined the Kingwood team as Director of Health & Safety.
Matt says “I am pleased to introduce myself as the Director of Quality and Safety at Autism at Kingwood. I have worked in roles supporting autistic people since 2009, including senior leadership positions since 2015. During this time, I have supported both children and adults across the education and social care sectors.
I have extensive experience in managing and opening residential services, Positive Behaviour Support and leading the development and implementation of organisation-wide quality and health and safety frameworks. I am passionate about delivering high quality, person-centred support that achieves individualised outcomes and improves quality of life.”

We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.
Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.
