John Enjoys a Holiday Break at the Kingwood Caravan

The other day staff took Paul to a meerkat experience at Millets Farm. This was a birthday present from his mum and Paul thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In Paul’s words, it was “the best gift ever”.
Paul was able to feed the meerkats and meet two 3-week-old puppies from a distance. The mum meerkat even climbed on Paul’s lap when he was feeding her.
The meerkat keeper talked about the meerkats and was impressed that Paul already knew a lot – especially that they like to eat scorpions in the wild!
We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.
Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.
