We are delighted to announce that two members of staff have been shortlisted for this year’s Berkshire Care Association Awards.
Belinda Macleod has been shortlisted for the ‘Long Service’ award, having worked for Kingwood for over 12 years. Read Belinda’s nomination here.
Owen Mayes has been shortlisted for the ‘Support Worker within a Learning Disability Service’ award. Read Owen’s nomination here.
The organisers say: “Being shortlisted is a significant achievement and we warmly congratulate these team members. Their commitment and impact truly stood out and they should be very proud of this recognition.”
Belinda and Owen were selected out of 250 nominations. We will hear if they have been successful next month.

Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.
