Autism at Kingwood Recruitment Day

Our Senior Support Worker Josephine spoke to us about working at Autism at Kingwood at our recent Recruitment Day.

We were particularly keen to talk to UK based support workers from overseas who had lost their jobs, through no fault of their own. This usually happens when the Home Office revokes sponsor licenses from care providers, due to poor practice and working conditions.

Stephen Kinnock, Minister of State for Care said: “As we crack down on shameful rogue operators exploiting overseas workers here in the UK, we must do all we can to get the victims back into rewarding careers in adult social care.”

What We Offer

We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.

Parents, Families & Carers of those we support

Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.

The Kingwood Autism Approach

All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.
