We are sad to be saying goodbye to Pam Creaven next week, who is leaving us in her role as Interim Director of Quality and Improvement.
Pam joined us in January 2023, initially for six months, but her impact has been so great that we couldn’t let her go!
Amongst Pam’s successes, Pam initiated our Review and Assessment Panel to oversee all service changes, ensuring people supported by Kingwood get the right care they need. Pam also negotiated on behalf of Kingwood with local authorities, calling for hourly rates that ensured our sustainability. We are a stronger organisation because of her input.
“I joined Autism at Kingwood in January 2023 on a 6-month interim contract to support the Charity to get back onto a sustainable footing. A year and a half later and sadly my time here has come to an end. My last day with you is Wednesday 31st July.
I would like to thank everyone who has supported me in my role. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know you and contribute to the future of such a fantastic charity. Autism at Kingwood is now invigorated with a new forward-looking strategy and the drive and determination to succeed. I sincerely wish you all the very best for the future and expect Autism at Kingwood to go from strength to strength.
Love and best wishes
Pam. X”
