Race Equality Week 2024

Last week, Autism at Kingwood took part in Race Equality Week (REW), led by Race Equality Matters. Race Equality Week is an initiative created to promote equity, inclusivity, and equal opportunities for all. Throughout the week, we covered topics such as ‘Microaggressions’ and ‘Identity’. By taking part in such initiatives, we hope to show our commitment to ensuring everyone at Kingwood feels welcomed, respected, and valued. We believe that creating an inclusive workplace environment is essential for the well-being of staff.

Thank you to TheresaMilca, Esther, and Folake for sharing their views on race equality at Autism at Kingwood.
