We are indebted to the charitable trusts and foundations which have supported us during our existence. These grants have enabled us to drive forward new activities and expand our operational impact.
When considering an application to a charitable trust, we ensure that there is real need; we speak with stakeholders – people we support, staff, families and sometimes local authorities and other care providers. We then develop a strong case for support around the need, a case that considers realistic outcomes and impact.
Most of our income is derived from statutory sources, and fundraised income is directed towards creating opportunity and improving the quality of life of those we support.
Please see our Annual Review.
We provide supported living and outreach support, helping and enabling autistic people to live in their own homes and make their own choices about the lives they want to lead.
Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.
