Our relationship with the families of those we support is incredibly important to us and we work in partnership with families wherever possible.
All Autism at Kingwood support staff receive our Specialist Autism Training, making us leading care providers in Autism support.

David joined the trustee Board in 2017 as the Treasurer and took on the role of Chair in 2023.
Formerly treasurer of BAT plc, past President of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, David also sits on the board of a regional housing association.
Roger is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-five years leading senior management in the social housing and the public sector including the NHS.
During this time, Roger has helped deliver on a wide financial remit, including corporate reporting, business integration, change improvement, pension management and financial planning.
Roger lives in Oxfordshire with his wife, a Primary School Teacher, and they have two grown up sons.
Bob is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years experience in public practice and the charity sector.
He was the Finance Director at Priors Court Foundation for 7 years. Prior to this he was a Partner in a top firm of accountants specialising in owner managed businesses as well as the charity and education sectors.
Bob lives in Hampshire. He is married with two adult children one of whom has ASD and is living in a supported living home in Basingstoke.
I’m Suveka Santhakumar, a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice gaining hands-on business experience while pursuing academic studies in leadership and strategic management.
Alongside my apprenticeship, I also teach violin to students, combining my passion for music with my career.
David joined Kingwood’s board of trustees in 2025. He spent most of his career leading public sector organisations as a CEO in both local government and the NHS, including a Mental Health, Learning Disability and Community Health Trust.
He has previous experience as a trustee and chair with several organisations and also sits as a public partner on a regional NHS project.
David has three adult children, including a son with ASD diagnosis.
Tatum joined the board of trustees in 2025 and is looking forward to serving her tenure with diligence and great care. She is a clinical psychologist working in independent practice with a focus on diagnostic assessment and therapeutic support for neurodivergent individuals.
