Our Holiday Home

If you are someone we support or a family of someone we support, you can stay at our lovely holiday home. Please click on this link to book.

Our holiday home is set in the beautiful west Oxfordshire countryside, near Witney.

Set in the peaceful setting of Hardwick Parks, our static mobile home is an ideal break for autistic people we support, their families and our staff. The home is available for stays of 3 days or a week.

An affordable holiday solution, it has a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, full kitchen with full sized fridge freezer, microwave, cooker etc. The lounge and diner is roomy, with a TV/DVD and a selection of DVDs for rainy days. You can access Hardwick Parks WiFi.

But you’ll probably want to be outside, and enjoy the stunning lakes, where you can take part of lots of water activities including swimming, ringo rides, kayaking, SUPS, water skiing, fishing and more.  The lake also makes for a lovely walk. There is a restaurant/bar onsite called The Boat Shed, as well as a laundrette, large disabled shower facilities and a shop for basic provisions.

“Kingwood holiday home is the best place for a holiday and not only for people we support but even for people with a small family. J enjoyed every minute in the holiday home because it’s just like being in your own house where everything is within your reach. Seating room is big enough with flat screen/DVD player. Beds are comfortable and master bedroom has its own toilet. Everything is very modern the way tourists would like.

J enjoyed walking around the lake which is another tourist attraction where you are allowed to swim and also you can go for a boat ride. Also it’s very secure with very friendly neighbours and also you can make new friends. Outside work, I can hire the home for my family.”

“Big thanks to Autism at Kingwood for a wonderful four days hiring the Kingwood holiday…   My son Arthur is unable to go on holiday or even a night away due to high anxiety about leaving his flat so the new holiday home was, and I hope continues to be, the perfect solution as he only lives a few miles from Witney Lakes…  He particularly enjoyed many walks round the lakes with Steve his support worker and he was very keen to prepare and eat his lunch and dinner in the home enjoying the view, peace and tranquillity of the super position of the holiday home.”
