Volunteering opportunities at Autism at Kingwood

Gardening  We have two lovely horticultural setting which provide skills and therapeutic support in safe and tranquil settings. One is at Path Hill Outdoors in Goring where we utilise this lovely space every Tuesday. Our other gardening project is at an allotment in Henley-on-Thames.  Both of these projects are ideal volunteering opportunity for both individuals and corporate teams. If you would like to chat about these, please contact us at SupporterCare@kingwood.org.uk

Activities  We have opportunities for volunteers to help us coordinate activities for the people we support. We like to provide opportunities for people we support to be socially and physically active and would love to hear from you, if you have a skill or opportunity to offer. We are interested in developing walking groups, and would be very interested to hear from keen walkers, who might help us with a gentle walking group in Berkshire and Oxfordshire.  Please get in touch at SupporterCare@kingwood.org.uk

ASPiration Project is looking for volunteers to help run socialisation groups for those that access the service, this might be running a coffee group once a month or organising a cinema trip, anything you can offer would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in volunteering for the ASPiration project please contact Danielle Beaumont-Orr.

If you are interested in supporting us, we will offer training for your role.
