Below is a list of resources for mental health and wellbeing, and some information about wellbeing apps.
http://learn.4mentalhealth.com/ – This is a Covid-19 specific wellbeing plan template, to help with what to do in the next 30 seconds, what to do in the next 3 minutes, what to do in the next 30 minutes. An example of a plan is also attached.
https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/coronavirus/coronavirus-and-your-wellbeing/ -Mind have some really helpful tips and practical advice about how to cope during the Covid situation, and what to do when you are feeling anxious.
https://www.headspace.com/headspace-meditation-app -Headspace is a mindfulness app, that has guided mindfulness meditations on it. They have introduced a free section to their website/app, to help people benefit from it during Covid-19.
There is a new 24/7 Mental Health helpline in Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. It offers mental health advice for people of all ages including children and older adults.

Sleepio – a clinically evidenced sleep improvement programme that helps improve poor sleep. Available to any adult living, working, or studying in the Thames Valle, free-of-charge, via www.sleepio.com/nhs
