TreeHouse runs a special school for children and young people with autism; provides information and training for parents and professionals; commissions research and campaigns for change. Its vision is that children and young people with autism achieve their potential and live the life they choose.

Berkshire Autism (formerly Berkshire Autistic Society) was set up in 1990 by parents of children with autism, autism-related problems, Asperger Syndrome and challenging behaviours. Today, BA is a registered Charity (No. 1076217), with a membership of over 500 and growing! Since our foundation, the commitment of BAS membership, staff and volunteers has made a positive difference to hundreds of individuals and families affected by Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC’s) in Berkshire.
