Kingwood on-callWe operate an on-call service which is accessible to the people we support and also members of our support team. It’s used for a variety of reasons, including occasions when a person Kingwood supports has a problem and does not have immediate access to their support worker/team over evenings and weekends. This service is staffed by an experienced manager and can be reached by dialling the number provided in the user guide available to every individual Kingwood supports.
